It isn’t a hard task but there is a bit of a learning curve as you whip, add water slowly, and whip some more to create a thick, protective lather. Then you can apply it to whatever area of your body needs shaving with the shaving brush or your hands. Alternatively, you could create the lather right on your skin by swirling the brush on your underarms, legs, or bikini area (wherever you need to shave).
